New $20 ORICO M.2 NVMe SSD 10Gbps Enclosure @ AMZ - MrNoBody - 09-14-2020

Added to Amazon on 9/05/20, appears to be a plastic housing version of the
$35 Orico M2PG-C3 (Realtek RTL9210) last discussed here.

$19.99 @ bezosville (Sold by ORICO Direct US Store and Fulfilled by Amazon.)
  • Realtek RTL9210 chipset
  • PCI-E based M key M.2 NVME SSD up to 2TB
  • USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps)
  • UASP Support
  • Plastic Case w/ finned aluminum top & LED
  • Type-C to Type-C & Type-C to Type-A Cables Included
  • One-Year Warranty

And in case you don't have any, there's a good deal on Silicone Thermal Pads too.
10pcs 20X67X1mm for $3.99 w/ Prime Shipping https://www.amazon.com/Excellent-Alternative-Plasticity-Viscosity-Insulation/dp/B088PSY1DW/
imo, 1mm thick is a good choice as you can layer it if you need 2 or 3mm to fill gaps.
(You may find a lower price on fleabay, but Amz is normally faster shipping.)

As I don't know how long it'll be to get my two metal versions of this from the Old Country, I ordered one of these.

I also ordered the thermal pads.

There are none in my kit, and the review said the supplied pad was just a third of the typical size pictured.

So will see what's what.

Thank you for the H/U, MNB!
