If I recall correctly, Donald trump was the person how ordered the troops to leave Afghanistan on MAY 1.
Michael Ramirez, beloved by right wingers and other trump-like beings, deftly erased his trump caricature from this cartoon and substituted Joe Biden after his September deadline announcement.
I'm sure that's the way it happened...aren't you?

and Trump issued a comment saying that the date shouldn't be postponed. Clearly the cartoonist didn't get his instructions in time.
