There is a small portion of the population in Portland that are testosterone drenched nihilists - or, as I, as an old fart, say, a bunch of boys just looking for opportunities to do violence. And there are a small batch of militant far-leftests - or as I, as an old fart, say, a bunch of boys looking to do violence in the name of social justice. Either group might have burned the porta-potty for who knows what reason.
