MR Forum Fit Club: Lift your spirits - pRICE cUBE - 07-26-2021 MR Forum Fit Club Got back on the exercise wagon. Each of the past two weeks I got in three upper body workouts. When it is just the two of us we can mount a pretty good pace; when Mama walks a whole lost slower but in the heat of the day, the slower pace is a good thing. Having a hard time getting back to the second visit per week to the gym. I do a workout with a trainer on Fridays and SHOULD repeat the routine on Mon or Tue, but have been irregular making that trip. I am doing yard work, but again the heat puts a damper on that. Heat this week with high humidity will be brutal with Feels Like temperatures over 100ยบ so I won't be doing much outside activity! Guess that's a good reason to hit the cool gym! However, we did set a milestone with 4,000 total miles, 1381 total activities on my Runkeeper app which I began to use (apparently on August 12, 2015 according to Runkeeper) on an iPhone 4. |
