One of the sites we control (well actually ... a vendor supplies the site ... ) delivers this error sometimes to some people in some places yada yada.
The explanation that they (our client) can still get in does not satisfy the client, who feels they are being asked by us to accept an unsafe site visit.
This ain't my problem to solve but I see it come up enough in chatter that I'm tempted to open my mouth and suggest someone on my team look a little deeper and demand a little more from the vendor.
