Reminds me of a letter that I wrote to a news station in Albany after they preempted the evening news with a travel show promoting regional tourist destinations and RV rentals, using their reporters to introduce pieces with bits resembling news stories and using their news logos on the slates.

I thought my complaint was very concise and civil. Along the same lines as that editorial.

I didn't think that I'd get a response, but their advertising director wrote to me personally... a letter with some profanity.

I often wonder what her trigger was.
