Our bank’s website, Capital One, is fully down for the last 2 hours. Russkies? Just a power outage? Someone tripped over the extension cord?

Probably just a data breach or ransomeware attack.

I hear Amazon billed them for next month's AWS payment before processing the payment Capital One had already made. That made them overdue and so AWS shut them down.
