I voted no. But the mere fact that we’re in this situation, where essentially a mad man is in control of nuclear weapons, of in all places Russia, is RIDICULOUS! How this was allowed to happen by the rest of the Russian government and people is crazy. Never would I have thought a situation like this could have developed there, much less here.

I also voted No, but part of me puts it down to wishful thinking.
As to how the Russian people could put a madman in this position. Well, we aren't exactly innocents in that regard.

unless the Russian people rise up and take their future into their own hands, this will be a repeat of late 30's Germany.
Chase him with bombers until he's eliminated.
Make no mistake, this will not stop with Ukraine.

The only way this doesn't go tactical nukes is if someone takes out Putin first, or if USA/NATO can covertly assemble a strike force big enough to take out the bulk of the occupying Ruskie army in Ukraine, and a significant chunk of Russia's western flank of its military operations all within a couple of hours..... gotta punch the bully in the nose hard enough that he knows he better not get up. The narrative has to be restated worldwide in favor of truth and democracy.
