Outstanding Goalie Performance - Ombligo - 05-24-2022

Tampa Bay was outshot 49-25, and goalie Andrei Vasilevskiy stopped every shot, including during a 6-on-4 penalty period at the end of the game.

Despite the offensive onslaught by Florida, Tampa won the game 2-0 (and had 2 other goals waved off). The Lightning took the playoff series 4-0.

Playing hockey in Florida in March/April/May/June or July is a sin against Gad.

That as well. Although those around me did love it, I never cared for hockey. I was once dragooned by friends (hockey fiends) to a live game at the old Boston Garden and have to admit it was a totally different experience from anything TV at that time could replicate.

I was so impressed that I never went to another live hockey game and to the shame of both my grandma and aunt (both Canadians), I never once evinced any interest in hockey. Much to their shame these oldsters had produced a baseball/basketball enthusiast; hockey be damned. That's about the same time I was written out of the will.
