Interesting behavior of driver involved in car crash - gadje - 05-31-2022
My neighbor got T-Boned, the other driver didn't see the stop sign and run into my neighbor. Both cars are totaled, both drivers are OK.
Here is the unusual part. My neighbor asked the other driver if they were OK. The other driver totally ignored my neighbor. Instead, they went to their trunk, picked up a violin and walked away. It turns out they dropped the violin a few houses over to someone who does tuneups and repairs, and then came back to the accident scene. By this time the police arrived and they admitted to the police that they didn't see the stop sign. The driver ignored my neighbor again.

Yes, a violin or violin case.
Probably quite innocent, wanted to get the violin someplace safe, and not have to hang on to it while waiting for police and tow trucks.
Or the case could have been filled with contraband of any nature, and the above still applies.
Or the tune-up guy also plays violin and will offer some selections to help salve Driver 1's psyche.

I can think of a couple of reasons.
Perhaps there was a racial aspect involved.

I have been glared at numerous times after accidents. It is also usually their fault. The accident then uncovers their expired license, and no insurance. Of COURSE all of this is my fault. :RollingEyesSmiley5:
