odd request - bazookaman - 02-02-2007 My wife broke the last of our little animal glasses (see below). We've had them forever and she had become quite attached to them. So I am looking for anyone who might have come across such things or knows where to get them. I tried googling, but what do you google for? ![]() Re: odd request - spearmint - 02-02-2007 Not cutie animals but how about pheasants? http://www.backtonaturegifts.com/page/b2n/PROD/pnt-126-pheasant Re: odd request - spearmint - 02-02-2007 Also http://search.ebay.com/cartoon-glasses_W0QQfkrZ1QQfnuZ1. Good Luck! Re: odd request - dmann - 02-03-2007 I didn't see those exact glasses, but you might want to give these guys a call. If they don't carry them, they might be able to point you in the right direction: http://www.uncommongoods.com/fam/fam.jsp?pageId=18&view=all Good luck- DM Re: odd request - rgG - 02-03-2007 I wonder if those are Sandra Boynton animals. ![]() Re: odd request - bazookaman - 02-03-2007 I'm not sure. We had one with a giraffe and one with an elephant and one more that i forget. Re: odd request - MikeF - 02-03-2007 You mean kind of like this: You might need to research: Is there any kind of logo/mark that you can use? Re: odd request - Jack D. - 02-03-2007 I found this reference to Sandra Boynton and Grunt so it's likely related.. http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.yale.edu/opa/v29.n18/page1b.jpeg&imgrefurl=http://www.yale.edu/opa/v29.n18/ybcurrent.html&h=154&w=200&sz=21&hl=en&start=6&tbnid=3n_EJ1CGfHQ1qM:&tbnh=80&tbnw=104&prev=/images%3Fq%3DSandra%2BBoynton%26svnum%3D100%26hl%3Den%26newwindow%3D1%26safe%3Doff Re: odd request - bazookaman - 02-07-2007 [quote MikeF]You mean kind of like this: Those are exactly them. I looked up the kitchenworks website. I guess they don't carry them anymore. No logos or other distinguishing marks. Thats why its so difficult. |
