I see a lot of watches and iPhones and the like but not very many computers.
I think it might be limited to "ebay refurbished" but I'm not sure.

I wish there was an easy way to see if an ebay coupon code applies to a particular item ahead of time.

Click on the “activate coupon” banner ad. It takes you to a section exclusively for coupon eligible items. You can search there for what you want.
