Great experience at Apple store - iPhone battery replacement - JPK - 03-01-2023
Daughter broke her iPhone 8, I decide to hand down my 10 and ordered a 12 Pro off swappa for me.
As I am prepping old phone I notice the battery is below the recommended 80% performance rating. Made and appt online for this morning. They were absolutely on time for my appt. Took about an hour, and cost only $70 (cheaper than my local phone fixit store).
Picked up the phone about an hour later. All good. Everyone was friendly and competent. I don't think I have strung those two words together in a couple of years.

I had my iPhone 7's battery replaced a couple months ago. Rossman's has left NYC so I had it done at an Apple Store. It took a bit longer than your swap, partly because the new battery had to charge to a usable level so that they could verify that everything was functioning. The cost was about $50 so no complaints. I bought it a spiffy new Speck case and now it acts and feels "new".

I've had two iPhone Battery replacements, one for my 6S and for my current 11. I had similar results!

I had similar experience att a local Apple Store with my xs max. Alhpugh I had a similar prior experience with a local iPhone repair place with an 6s plus.
