After having recently gotten burned on ebay for an item, I'm not willing to spend that much money on an item I can't reasonably travel to retrieve/retalliate should anything go wrong.
It looks legit and like a GREAT deal. If someone goes for it, I'd like to hear how it turns out.

If I lived close enough to pick up, I'd be all over it.
I'm still making schemes, but I doubt I'll have one in time. I'd rather someone here buy it than just any casual ebayer (or ebay sniper, competition).
