The tread seems to be, but neither the label nor the tire seem to indicate direction. The dunlop site doesn't either. There's a pink stripe on one side, and a blue stripe on the other...

Definitly looks like it, there is an arrow in the Graspic logo on the tire. But I don't know if that is just branding or a real arrow.

Having run directional tires on all my vehicles except one in the last 15 years, there will be an arrow on the sidewall.

Actually, to me, the tread on one side looks like the opposite of the other side, thus it is bidirectional
Edit:

Non-directional. And the arrow in the logo is just Dunlop's "thing".

Thanks guys. Two of the tires were mounted with the pink stripe in, and two with it out. For some reason one side of the tread looked like it was at an asymmetrical angle.
My other tires have an arrow. And the other side of the dunlop logo points the other way. MGS's description is the sealer. Thanks guys! Time to go try out my new torque wrench.

I had a click torque wrench, but decided it wasnt accurate enough. So I went old school and got a couple of torque wrenches with beams.

But remember that you don't want to use a torque wrench to loosen lug nuts. Use a breaker bar or tire iron.
