iPod Video 5th G 30 Gig - Markintosh - 02-07-2007

Wow. I had no idea you could put so much on these! I loaded 4 gigs of music that previously was on a Nano. Then I started adding movies...I've added 5 full length movies, a bunch of ski videos, video podcasts and some episodes of south park...still have not topped 10 gigs. Amazing. Why did I wait to get one for so long?

[quote Markintosh]Amazing. Why did I wait to get one for so long? Because you are an active person and prefer the lack of moving parts from a flash based player?

Well yes, but I kept the Nano too for skiing...but for sleepless nights or long waits at the airport...or a break dancing stripper emergency...

I bought a broken one & replaced the LCD. (net cost < $130)

I ripped the first disc of Tripping The Rift down, and i watch an episode while riding the stationary bike in the basement.
