iOS - Battery Health - any ability to export long-term battery health trend - Z - 03-27-2023
As stated above - anyone know how / if the long-term battery health data is stored in the phone and how one might get it out? It's time for a new phone, but I would be curious to see what the decay profile looks like - it's been sitting at 81% for quite a while (80% being the apple care covered replacement percentage).

mine has been sitting at 86% for a while. iPhone 12 Pro bought a little over 2 years ago. AppleCare+ expired a few weeks ago.

that's not quite right - when I brought in a phone to have the battery replaced it was at 80% and I was told that at 80%, it's still considered a good battery by apple. At 79% everything changes :-)

I think you need to use it periodically and save the history, last time I used it it didn’t seem to have the capability to read old data. Also I don’t know if old data is saved anywhere in the system.

86% on a 7. I was seeking a crutch of an excuse to upgrade so somehow the screen then cracked.

iPhone 12 Mini, bought summer 2021, battery at 86%.
Not really pleased with battery life on this model.
Thinking about moving to a 14.
