I love the camera price updates, pRon! I will probably be adding one of these as a backup & lightweight alternative (for backpacking) to my 20D soon.
Personally, I will pay the extra $35 and get it from Costco:

Nice catch.
Thew XTi and previous xt are great for on the go people that want an SLR without hauling around too much bulk.

Costco.com plus tax and shipping not worth it. Beach is good. No tax and shipping.
