First one on the hood of the car: shape is OK but too short
The second one on the ground; lengths seems a little better but that conical shape ain’t right.

“Yekaterinburg is a modern and creative city, but why do people allow themselves to dishonor its name and disfigure it with pseudo-creativity?” the petition reads.
What is the motivation for this practice?
Is it the name of the city?
Did someone do it to tick off a neighbor or profess his love to another, and it just caught on?
I get that some would find it offense and want the practice stopped.
I get that some would have fun stroking it while increasing it's size.
Still, what triggered it and why does it persist?
Why don't they celebrate like Americans, with fires, vandalism, looting.
Just placing a snow penis on the hood of a car, and not stomping on the roof 'till it caves?
Clearly Yekaterinburg aren't as appreciative and their celebration doesn't measure up to — say the Japanese and Kanamara Matsuri.
