After a quick speech and meeting with some family members of the workers that were tragically killed, Joe is off to his Delaware Beach house for the weekend.
How did he visit the bridge? Did he travel by train?

Since you do not provide a citation, here's a good article showcasing the similarities and key differences between the current and last President.
Bottom line: when His Orangeness left DC, it was almost always to a place for his personal financial benefit. That was at least 10x more common than President Biden.
There are other citations than this WashPost article, too, if you feel it's a 'liberal' link.
I also note that His Orangeness spent 307 days on the golf course during his tenure alone.

Trump worked at Mar-a-Lago, held events, met international leaders.
Biden easily surpassed Trump for time away from the White House and does little while at his Beach House or at Camp David.

It's all meaningless law until a prosecutor decides to enforce it. For all intents and purposes most political crimes go unprosecuted and thus, when they are, comes the bleat of political prosecution which is almost always a fact.
A former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman spent 6 years incarcerated for the crime of belonging to the wrong political party.
