Horrific events. Many hostages still in Hamas custody. So many innocent lives lost and so many innocent people starving. And humanitarian aid workers being targeted with precision attacks.
Destroy Hamas, not aid workers!

All war is a crime against humanity.
This one is right out of our script from the last 10,000 years.
That sounds callous. It's not.
There is a standard road, and it's looking to the past to inform the future.
Hamas decided to take the 'burn it down path', and Israel is just adding gasoline and matches.
It ends when:
1) no more kindling for the fire
2) Someone steps up on both sides and says 'we are no longer barbarians and will treat each other as equal members of humanity'.
Religion can resolve this, or it can extend the fight for years, decades or generations.

I am not a fan of the last administration, but they understood this as well as anyone.
That's why the Abraham Accords were all focused on economic development to give a power that's not religion in each area.
