Not necessarily. It’s a mixed bag and has some complexities not discussed in the article that was coved in greater detail in other articles. Note that the three liberal justices were not in favor of this ruling.

I hate the way district maps are handled. It's just nonsense.
They should be forced to use shapes like triangles and squares and circles and not be allowed to do stuff like this:
