This means that the PA is obligated to arrest the Hamas leaders and hand them over… which they won’t. "

Hamas ‘strongly condemns’ arrest warrant bid against its leaders
Hamas “strongly condemns” a bid by the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court for arrest warrants for the militant group’s top leaders including Gaza chief Yahya Sinwar and political leader Ismail Haniyeh.
“The Hamas movement strongly condemns the attempts of the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court to equate the victim with the executioner by issuing arrest warrants against a number of Palestinian resistance leaders,” the terror group said in a statement.

In practical terms, how can such an arrest or possible conviction be enforced while they are still in leadership? Seems like only deposed presidents/premiers/etc ever stand trial--except in abstentia--or see consequences.

Why do you accuse some of us of hating Israel?
Now complaining about innocent children and AID WORKERS being killed under the pretext that they are used as human shield, or under the excuse it's war, stuff happens is a different thing.
At some point I have to wonder why US has to build piers to allow aid to go into Gaza? is our ally, Israel opposing sending food and medicine into Gaza?
And I have to ask if the bombing of aid workers after they cleared their move with IDF was accidental or intentional. maybe it was to discourage other air workers from helping those in Gaza? see above.
