I have all the DW discs/USB sticks, that IIRC, have several OS's on them and boot into the latest OS that whatever the machine is being used
will boot into. In lieu of machine provided info, what type of Mac and model number y'all got there? We can work from that instead. I can
format something based on that..... that might work. I have a bunch of older OS's on USB sticks w/ DW and other utilities on 'em, so would
hope to be able to just use, or copy one of those. I don't remember which ones I already have multiples of, but hopefully we'd get lucky.
