Neither has a case against him. However, he may earn a lot of money as an expert witness against Tesla when lawsuits inevitably occur.

No, Mark Rober is setting himself up for a lawsuit for misleading the public into portraying the Tesla vehicle was actually on FSD because in reality it was only using autopilot.
