For any airline that operates international routes, it makes sense to shift new planes out of the US and move already owned planes to service US routes.
Just good business.

Smart. China, however, just returned the Boeing stuff and cancelled their contracts. Force Majeure clauses are great, and everyone doing international business should have them.
