PowerPoint (ugh) newbie has a question - Mr Curious - 03-14-2007

While suddenly pressed into making Powerpoint presentations I have loaded up pix and text into short, 8-12 slide presentations. When I start the slideshow, I keep getting a warning " This presentatioin might contain East Asian text and formats that PowerPoint cannot display." How do I get rid of that? Thanks.

elmo, you were unusually restrained in your response Tongue

When trying to help someone with a problem, I use the "context search" add-on for firefox. You can highlight any text on the screen, right click and then select your choice of site to search: google, yahoo, amazon, ebay, webster, wikipedia, IMDB, etc. In this case, I highlighted "East Asian text and formats that PowerPoint", right clicked, selected a yahoo search and the first link in the list was the one that you posted. It is amazing how easy and quick it has become to search for useful information on the internets.

Thanks - for BOTH tips! I'm liking that Context Search add-on.
