Ok, I've been asked about every day for the last 7 days about passwords to various sites from various employee's. Yes, I helped them get setup on that site. Yes, I helped you come up w/ a password that would work on that site. NO, I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT THEY TYPED IN AND WHY WOULD I? It's not in my job description to remember everything you need to remember. What do I look like, a human database for storing your password?

I'm surprised at how many passwords I do remember for people, when asked - which I really shouldn't encourage as that only increases that request...
...but you can always recommend them going with the Post-It under their keyboard or something. ; )
Perhaps a spreadsheet that has the site/username/password combo in their. Of course, they can also password-protect the spreadsheet, for a little bit of security, but then they might be back at square one when they forget that password too! lol

This is why I recommend that my users have 1 STRONG password that they use for everything and DON'T write it on a Post-It note under the keyboard. I have some users that need to remember 8 or more different passwords just to do their jobs.

Maybe try a new one I learned from someone at a large electronics retailer.
When someone is at the return counter, and the person has no clue they call the manager and tell them they have a code I D "ten" T......or written I D 1O T
Looks like a good password for them.
