Apparently, it's out the door, at least from Adobe...
Since this is a pretty major deal for a lot of us, how about we post places we've found that are actually shipping it this week, as well as best prices?

Attn partners, CS3 Design Premium now available for download as well.
THAT'S a switch from last time, when they didn't make CS2 available for a couple months for some reason--and ended up extending everyone's subscription as a result.

john-o, no dis on your post meant. In fact, if you STF you will see I and others have been making numerous CS3 posts for the last few weeks and the frequency of those CS3 posts has been a little inside joke here.
Actually, I am very interested in replies to your post.

I hope my PS>CS2>CS2.3=Free CS3 Premium works. I didn't have a chance to order the PS>CS2.3=Free CS3 Premium package. The "deal" ends once CS3 starts shipping :-[
