Not only the Forum SlowDown!
It seems they loaded an older version of the software.
Buttons missing.
Buttons in the wrong place, i.e., when creating a new topic, the "Cancel" button is on the right side. A destructive button shouldn't be on the right.

. . .and do something about rush hour traffic. . .it really is a nightmare. . .
