Which psychological term describes the condition of...

"Capable but unmotivated, unwilling, or indifferent"?

That describes the third category in Hersey and Blanchard's "Situational Leadership" theory, and the person most likely to be motivated by working closely with a group of others, in which the leader of the group takes a facilitative role, rather than a directive role.

Which imples that you might look into doing some things with groups of people you like, working together toward a cause you care about.

Apathetic.

"Apathy is a psychological term for a state of indifference — where an individual is irresponsive or "indifferent" to aspects of emotional, social, or physical life. Clinical apathy is considered to be at an elevated level, while a moderate level might be considered depression, and an extreme level could be diagnosed as a disassociative disorder..."
