Someone hacked the software enough on a pc to get OS X running on it.
I don't think it is an easy thing to accomplish.
It stands to reason if you can get a Mac to run XP; why can't you get a pc to run OS X.

Make me an offer on a P4 3 ghz machine running 10.4.6. Here are two screen shots. Note that you can't run OS X system updates as they tend to break the hack.

I've done it before, but you're stuck forever with the hacked image you've used. It's not like you can use a retail install DVD to redo your computer. Why buy that when you can buy a mini and ger a _real_ Mac?
