Yes. And shortly Comedy Central will pick up the show from the Cartoon Network and premiere the movie as a 4-parter with extra scenes.

I watched it a few days ago. It was funny as hell. My DVD shipped from Amazon today, so I don't feel too guilty about getting it by other means.

So, I watched it... It was oddly discordant.
'First 15 minutes were painful. The rest was brilliant, except for the songs which did not rise to previous standards.
