One could probably harvest the hard drive to fix a broken iPod and this would be a great deal for that.

you can get working 20 GB iPod drives on eBay for $35 + $7 shipping now.
might not be worth the extra effort to extract the drive from the Dell.

Is this what it's all about? Creative designs and builds a product to compete with the iPod BUT in reality it's only true purpose of being is as a donor device from which to harvest spare parts to fix an iPod. It's like growing a human clone because you need a lung! The market works in mysterious ways.

Under "Requirements" they list windoz, no mention of Mac.
