Short Rant: I hate Harmony Level 1 Tech Support - Microman - 01-12-2008 Was on the phone for 55 minutes, and she was asking me what do I see when its on HDMI, and what do you see when its on Component 1. She was such an idiot!!! I have had tech support before, and people would at least KNOW all my settings because they have that ABILITY. She wanted ME to give her what all my INPUTS were. And they know that..... The only thing that my setup is doing, the tv does not end up on the correct input (probably timing).... so I see that it's not correct and I hit the "Help" button. Immediately without doing anything else it goes to the correct input, and I am where I am suppose to be. Just seems to be hung up... I've been meaning to call Tech Support also, but your post is not encouraging. That's what was happening to me, and the problem is that they are not using the dedicated setting that is on Sony TV's. They are using one that goes from one to the next. Just ask for level two support immediately, and that person will have you up and going in five minutes. I too have spent hours on the line with level 1. |
