Everyone has their own preferences and I don't think she's ugly but if you can envision her without hair I think her face looks like a jack-o-lantern. I think it's the arched brows. :-)

Her face is very similar to the actress Billie Piper who played Rose Tyler on Dr. Who.
If you find that type of face appealing (which I do), then there ya go.
