Blow up anything too far, it's gonna hurt when it fails. Tires, exercise balls, inflatable brassieres...
My grandfather always told a story of a flight he took in the late 1940's. As the plane (prolly a DC-6) got to altitude, the stewardess appeared to become more and more well endowed. Suddenly there was a muffled explosion, and she clutched her chest. When her hands fell away, it was apparent that she was using pneumatics to enhance what nature did not provide.
