Best/easiest program for making forms with check boxes - macphanatic - 01-27-2008
I need to create some forms for my son's Cub Scout pack that will include check boxes. The forms will be printed out and filled in by hand at meetings. Eventually, the plan is to put together a Pack website with the forms online. What's the easiest way to create these forms?

I've used the MS Word "forms" toolbar many times. It works fine, though I don't know how well it translates to a web page.

Will give it a try. I'm thinking that we'll put the forms up as pdf files. We won't have a website set up to collect data.
