Amazon has the iRobot Roomba 4230 Remote Scheduler Robotic Vacuum on sale today only for $290 shipped. That is far lower than anyplace I saw while shopping for one a few weeks ago.
These are great for hardwood floors, tile and laminate. The do okay on low pile carpet too.
