Target now has a Speed Racer giftcard, a 64MB USB drive with like 50MB of preloaded contents.
You just load the gift card, and you have a FREE 64MB USB drive with some preloaded content which can be deleted.

I can get 256 MB thumb drives at "5 Below" around here.
Seems like a better deal.

. . .you can use the gift card for yourself at your next Target purchase, so you are getting the drive for FREE. . .can't beat that in my book. . .

Fry's has 2 GB drives for $5 after rebate. I would not keep a 64 MB drive around, even for emergency use because it is so small. That reminds me, I need to take my 30 GB hard drives to the next electronics recycling event.
