DirecTV on Demand -- Does it work w/ WiFi? - Chupa Chupa - 05-08-2008

I've had a DTV HR20 DVR for a couple months now but haven't had time to fiddle with the "On Demand" feature. But if I were to connect my Airport Express to it via ethernet would that work? (There is no way for me to hook the HR20 directly to my DSL modem.) And if it did work is DirecTV on Demand worth bother with in the first place?

IMHO, No.

Yes it does work, that's the way I have it set up. And I do think that it's worth it. For me, I don't have a phone line in the area, so it's either string a line or use my airport express so I can do remote scheduling and get updates. On Demand content is pretty good too.
