Holy Crap: I just discovered that my MIL... - space-time - 05-10-2008
... sets her digital camera on low resolution (1 Mega Pixel instead of 6) so she can take thousands of pictures on the 2 GB SD card, rather than download to her PC. She likes to carry the pictures with her, and on that little camera LCD 1 or 6 Mega pixels doesn't make a difference.
She knows how do download pics to her PC, I showed her how to do it, and she occasionally would email us a pic, so it's clear she can do it, yet she prefers to shoot in low resolution so she could carry more pics with her.
Now since I reformatted her SD card after I downloaded the pics to my PB, I am facing the tasks of uploading back some photos she must have with her.

hell yeah. As a sometimes wedding photographer, I fully understand I am working for the mother of the bride, and no one else.
