Thanks for those who helped me convert my MOV file web ready. Is there a way to pan a MOV so I can cut out people I don't want?

You can use a program like After Effects or Final Cut to scale the video up, and then move it side to side over time as you see fit. It might be possible to do that in iMovie or some other consumer level app, I just don't know.

iMovie '08 makes that kind of cropping a breeze.
