Firefox flies on my MBP, faster than Safari
When I leave the VM running it really slows things down on the Mac side.
Anyone have any tips?

OSX Firefox is just dog slow. Try the 3.0 Beta, it's much faster.

XP is not fast on my work issued HP nx6125 laptop with 2 gig. In fact it is dog slow and hourglasses regularly.
