Not all states yet but they will be trying to get this program going. 2 units per day per person.

Nice deal. They charge us $15 per computer at the hazmat dump. BB here already takes in phones and UPSs for recycling. I hope when they say "Washington D.C." they mean all the metro DC stores, not just the ONE in D.C. proper. I just wanter what/if there is a "catch."

How does one find out where in Virginia the recycling will take place?

I don't see why they would even want people going to that store for a drop off at all. Seems like you would want to direct extra traffic away from the busy city center area, where space is at a premium already.

Their Rockville or Gaithersburg stores are probably more likely to have the program, although maybe not since Montgomery County already has a free computer recycling program for residents.

That would be awesome if they did it here in NH. We have to pay $5 per electronic item equal to or larger than a toaster. So a computer, CRT and printer would cost a total of $15.

I have too many Macs in my 'museum' and this would be a way to thin things out on the cheap.
