F/U to Acrobat 9 Post Below: Cr@p in Cr@p - JoeM - 06-02-2008 Ugh! Just when you thought it couldn't get any worse: "...Flash in Your PDF Adobe completed its acquisition of Macromedia, the developer of Flash, in December 2005, but this is the first time it has integrated the interactive technology into its Acrobat software. The move keeps Acrobat's PDF up with the times, as video has become an increasingly important way to communicate information. ARGH!!!! ![]() ![]() Re: F/U to Acrobat 9 Post Below: Cr@p in Cr@p - kj4btkljv - 06-02-2008 What I'm not liking is entire web interfaces built on Flash - top to bottom, around every corner, flash-based. I understand the need to be fresh and interactive, but on the web? I'm just not ready for it... Now, the generation just entering the web programming business. That's another story. I'm sure that's the first thing they're gong to start building in. Jeff Re: F/U to Acrobat 9 Post Below: Cr@p in Cr@p - Article Accelerator - 06-03-2008 I doubt it, Jeff. The hatred is pervasive (and justified, IMHO). |
