Haven't we learned that nothing is free? Somehow I think the tuition will have adjusted accordingly.

This is just a scam to boost enrollment. Obviously the money comes out of the fees.

I didn't get any swag for going to Penn State...I just received an education in how to brew dorm-room beer, stay up all night, chase girls at one of the nearby campuses that actually had girls, and received 2 degrees. Oh, and an education. Almost forgot about that.
