of course any kid could do this with a pack of crayons/markers from the dollar store, but it would be much more of a minimalist/primitive/amateur style.

That is impressive and shows what a little imagination, and a fair amount of talent, can accomplish without a lot of money. Nice job.

Sharpie marks bleed through paint...it may take more than a few gallons...

Kilz will stop crayon and other marker bleeding.


Sharpie disappears with exposure to sunlight.
Time and surfaces can affect durability.
