How to change browser settings? - SteveO - 10-19-2008 I used to be able to simply type in a name, like "netflix" and not "netflix.com" and my browser would just find Netflix. Now it seems Roadrunner has taken my browsers hostage. Now when I type in "Netflix", it takes me to a Roadrunner error page which is terrifically annoying. I know there has to be a simple settings fix to get my MacBook 2.4 on 10.5.3 and Camino, FF and Safari browsers to forget Roadrunner ever existed. Please share. Thanks. Re: How to change browser settings? - karsen - 10-19-2008 You need to go to the RoadRunner set up page. They have preferences for your account. You can disable that setting there. Re: How to change browser settings? - karsen - 10-19-2008 The link is somewhere on the RoadRunner error page. Re: How to change browser settings? - SteveO - 10-19-2008 Thanks, guys. Yeah, the setting was near the top right of the error page if it happens to anyone else...click on "Why am I here?" Re: How to change browser settings? - mikeylikesit - 10-19-2008 Fire Roadrunner. I did 6-years ago.
