I hope they didn't take any iPhones. They will be surprised...but they may try to sell those on eBay...but I bet Apple has the serial numbers of the iPhones and stuff in their respective stores.

Apple knows exactly which serial numbered machines they took. It isn't hard, their loss prevention tracks inventory very precisely.
